At Khan Mobile, we stand behind the quality of our products and repair services.
New Devices
Products supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty remain covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Refurbished Devices
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, refurbished devices include a limited warranty against hardware defects that are not caused by accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Repair Warranty
Repairs completed by Khan Mobile include a limited warranty covering the replaced parts and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Software modifications
- Accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support with:
- Your order number or repair receipt
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if requested)
Our technicians will inspect the product before approving a repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.
Warranty coverage is in addition to any consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
